How does collection work?

Once your online order is processed, our logistics team will be in touch to book you into one of our specified pick-up times.

To change your collection time, give us at least 24 hours’ notice on 0451 519 070 or send us an email at enquiries@shack.com.au.

Collection hours

Monday – Friday: 8am – 3pm

Saturday: 8am – 11.30am

How to get there

• Heading west: drive along Victoria Road, turn left into Brodie Street and follow for 500 metres.
• Heading east: drive along Victoria Road, turn left into Crowgey Street, then immediately left into Dudley Street. Follow Dudley Street around to the left (under Victoria Road) - it becomes Brodie Street. Follow for 500 metres.

How should I prepare?

• Bring old blankets or towels to protect your pieces in transit.
• Make sure the items will fit in your vehicle. We recommend a ute or delivery-style van for large items.
• Be ready to load your own pieces (see more on this in our Terms & Conditions).

Please note: some items aren’t available for warehouse pick-up so please ensure this is an option at checkout when placing your order.
