Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (Terms) apply to the Summer with Shack promotion (Promotion). Information on how to enter and the prizes forms part of these Terms. By entering, you agree to these Terms.

1. Promoter

(1)    The Promoter is Shogun East Pty Limited (ABN [46 281 748 644]) trading as Shack Homewares (Shack, we or us), Unit 3, 40 Brodie Street, Rydalmere NSW 2116.

(2)    Supa Centa Moore Park is the location of the Promotion only. It is not the Promoter, and is not responsible for running the Promotion or awarding prizes.

2. Promotion period

(1)    The Promotion opens when the Shack pop-up opens on Wednesday 11 November 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on Thursday 28 January 2027 (Promotion Period).

(2)    All times in these Terms are Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT).

3. Who can enter

(1)    Entry is open to residents of New South Wales aged 18 years or over.

(2)    The following people are not eligible to enter: employees, officers and contractors of Shack and of Supa Centa Moore Park and its management company, anyone involved in running the Promotion or conducting the draws, and their immediate families (spouse or partner, parent, child or sibling).

(3)    We may ask any entrant or winner to provide reasonable proof of their identity, age and NSW residency. We may disqualify an entry if the entrant cannot provide it.

4. How to enter

(1)    To enter, during the Promotion Period:

(a)    scan the QR code displayed at the Shack pop-up at Supa Centa Moore Park; and

(b)    complete the entry form with your first name, last name and email address (a mobile number is optional), and submit it.

(2)    Entry is free. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

(3)    Each person may enter once in each weekly draw period (see clause 5). Any further entries from the same person in the same weekly draw period will not count. A person may enter again in each later weekly draw period.

(4)    Each entry is valid only for the weekly draw period in which it is received. Entries do not carry over to later draws.

(5)    Entries must be made personally by the entrant. Entries made on behalf of someone else, or using automated or bulk methods, are invalid.

(6)    An entry is received when it is recorded in our system. We are not responsible for entries that are late, incomplete or not received, including because of technical problems or network failure.

5. Weekly draw periods and draws

(1)    There are 11 weekly draw periods. Entries received in each period go into the draw shown below.

(2)    Each draw will be conducted at Shack, Unit 3, 40 Brodie Street, Rydalmere NSW 2116, at the date and time shown above.

(3)    In each draw, one winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received in that weekly draw period, using a random number generator. Each draw will be witnessed by a second Shack staff member, and a record of the draw will be kept.

6. Prizes

(1)    The winner of each weekly draw will receive one $500 Shack gift voucher (Prize). There are 11 Prizes. The total prize pool is $5,500 (including GST).

(2)    Each gift voucher is valid for 2 years from the date it is issued, can be used to buy products online at shack.com.au [and in Shack stores], and may be used over more than one purchase until the balance is spent or it expires.

(3)    Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.

(4)    A person may win more than one Prize during the Promotion, if they enter and are drawn in more than one weekly draw period.

7. Winners who have already made a purchase

(1)    If a winner has bought products from Shack since the date of their winning entry, the winner may choose to have that purchase refunded instead of receiving the full gift voucher.

(2)    The refund will be for the amount paid for the purchase, up to a total of $500, and will be made to the original payment method. If the purchase was less than $500, the balance will be given as a Shack gift voucher.

(3)    To use this option, the winner must give us the order number or receipt when claiming the Prize. The purchase must have been paid in full and not returned or refunded. Products refunded under this clause cannot later be returned for a further refund.

8. Winner notification and claiming a prize

(1)    We will make every reasonable effort to contact each winner by email and, where a mobile number was provided, by phone, within 2 business days of the draw.

(2)    To claim a Prize, a winner must reply within 14 days of the draw and provide any proof requested under clause 3.

(3)    Once the Prize is claimed, we will email the gift voucher (or process the refund under clause 7) within 5 business days.

9. Unclaimed prizes

(1)    If a Prize is not claimed in line with clause 8, or a winner is ineligible, the original winner forfeits the Prize.

(2)    We will then conduct a redraw from the remaining valid entries for that weekly draw period at 12pm on the next business day after the claim period ends, at the address in clause 5. The redraw winner will be contacted in the same way and will have 14 days to claim.

10. Publishing winners

(1)    Each winner’s first name and surname initial (for example, “Jane D.”) will be published on shack.com.au and the Supa Centa Moore Park website, and may be included in Shack emails and social media.

(2)    By claiming a Prize, a winner agrees to their first name and surname initial being published in this way. No other personal details will be published.

11. Privacy

(1)    Shack collects the personal information in each entry (name, email and, if provided, mobile number) to run the Promotion, contact winners and award prizes.

(2)    As stated on the entry form, by entering you also agree to receive marketing emails from Shack. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

(3)    Shack will not share entrants’ personal information with Supa Centa Moore Park or any other third party, except service providers who help us run the Promotion and send emails, or where required by law. We may share combined entry numbers with Supa Centa Moore Park, without personal details.

(4)    Personal information is handled in line with Shack’s Privacy Policy at shack.com.au/policies/privacy-policy, which explains how to access or correct your information or make a complaint.

12. General

(1)    We may verify any entry and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, enters fraudulently, or does not comply with these Terms.

(2)    If the Promotion cannot run as planned because of something outside our reasonable control (for example, technical failure, fraud or the pop-up closing), we may change, suspend or end the Promotion, subject to any direction from NSW Fair Trading and the law. We will tell entrants about any change on this page.

(3)    To the extent permitted by law, Shack is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the Promotion or the Prizes, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

(4)    Winners should seek their own advice on any tax that may apply to a Prize.

(5)    Our decision on any matter relating to the Promotion is final, subject to the law. Questions or complaints can be sent to enquiries@shack.com.au or by phone on 0452 661 234.

(6)    These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
