Keeping our community safe

As a family business, the health and safety of all our customers and staff is our number one priority. Under advice from the NSW Government, our three Sydney store locations are temporarily closed from the 18th to 30th July, however our Banksmeadow warehouse remains open for collection and delivery.

We have made it simple to shop our range of furniture and homewares from the comfort of your own home ready for a safe pick-up or delivery. Call our friendly team who will guide you through the process and organise your order.

Our warehouse, logistical and delivery staff are adhering to the guidelines as recommended by the World Health Organisation and Australian Government to help slow the spread of COVID-19. These measures include increasing our cleaning and sanitising procedures and practising social distancing to ensure we provide a safe environment in-store, at our warehouse and upon delivery.

Most furniture items are in stock and available for immediate delivery or collection from our warehouse.

Our Call & Collect service is available from our Banksmeadow warehouse.
Call & Collect hours are by appointment from 8am – 3pm Monday to Friday, 8am – 11:30am Saturday.

How it Works

1. BROWSE: Browse our range of furniture and homewares via our website.

2. CALL: Call your preferred store to speak to our friendly team. They’ll check availability of the products and guide you through the next steps.

3. PAYMENT: Once your products are confirmed, you will can place the order over the phone or be emailed a quotation. Simply pay securely over the phone with your credit card (Visa / Mastercard only accepted).

4. ARRANGE COLLECTION OR DELIVERY: For all in stock products, collection can be arranged by appointment between the hours of 8am – 3pm Monday – Friday, and 8am – 11:30am Saturday. For delivery of in stock items, our logistics team will contact you directly and book in a delivery day with you. Delivery fees can be quoted at time of ordering and are a subsidised flat fee (price depends on location in Sydney).

Deliveries & collections

Our warehouse is open and stocked with our quality furniture. We are continuing to receive new stock in and are fulfilling orders weekly for our customers. Our lead times for delivery remain unchanged and our logistics team will be in touch as soon as your furniture arrives.
